Kelly Clark is a leading speaker, advisor and consultant, working at the convergence of systems change, climate finance and macro-economics. In this dynamic role she draws on her significant experience in leading both philanthropic and capital market efforts that unite finance with positive impact outcomes.

From 2019-June 2023 she was the Director of the Finance & Capital Market programme at Laudes Foundation. Prior to this she was the Founder/Director of the Finance Dialogue, a think tank leveraging institutional investors to accelerate the net zero carbon transition.

In her early career, Kelly spent 10 years as a banker, culminating in her role as the Head of South East Asian Private Banking for UBS out of Hong Kong. Kelly is a NED for Snowball Investment Management, and an Advisory Board member for the Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose at University College London. She lives in London with her twins, Marnie and Flynn.

Clover Hogan is a 24-year-old climate activist and the founding Executive Director of Force of Nature. The now 12-person team has led global research on climate anxiety, and delivered programmes to young people in 50+ countries to help them take action. They work with businesses, policy-makers and educators to place young people at the heart of decisions affecting their future. Clover has worked alongside the world’s leading authorities on sustainability, consulted within the boardrooms of Fortune 50 companies, and counselled heads of state. Her TED talk, “What to do when climate change feels unstoppable”, has been viewed 2 million times.

Erinch is the business and enterprise lead at Doughnut Economics Action Lab. His work focuses on transforming the deep design of businesses to enable them to pursue regenerative and distributive strategies. Working with over 300 businesses, he created the Doughnut Design for Business tool, which enables businesses to engage with Doughnut Economics. Erinch has a background in leadership across business, NGOs and government. He was the chief executive of the World Fair Trade Organization, and spent 7 years at Oxfam leading campaign and programme work, including the Behind the Brands campaign and scorecard. Erinch has also worked at Procter & Gamble, the Australian government and established a furniture business. Erinch is a board member of the Social Enterprise World Forum, a fellow at the Post Growth Institute and a senior associate at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He holds degrees in finance and law and an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University.

Giulio leads BSR’s climate work in the EMEA region. BSR works globally on value chain decarbonization across consulting, collaborative initiatives, and grants. Giulio brings expertise in Scope 3 supplier engagement, reverse sourcing, and commodities decarbonization, as well as helping companies implement their net zero and environmental targets. He also works across sectors on implementing the TCFD recommendations and climate scenario analysis.

Prior to joining BSR, Giulio worked for climate change consulting firm EcoAct in both France and Kenya. His work focused on climate targets, carbon neutrality, and project implementation, as well climate risk assessments. He speaks English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Giulio holds an M.S. in Sustainability from HEC Paris School of Management. He also holds a double degree M.S. in Management and Industrial Engineering and a double degree B.S. in Technology and International Business from Politecnico di Torino and UIC Barcelona

Christine leads BSR’s Business Transformation team, helping companies to manage sustainability throughout their business and across their supply chains and to develop resilient business strategies that leverage insights from BSR’s Sustainable Futures Lab. She works with companies across sectors and geographies to structure a sustainability management approach that mitigates risk and captures emerging opportunities, creating strategic advantage for their businesses, while contributing to a more just, sustainable world. She brings over 20 years of experience in leading brand, sustainability, public affairs, communications, and reputation management with multinational corporations at the executive leadership level. This also includes overseeing corporate relations with external stakeholders, such as the World Economic Forum, the UN, European institutions, and investors. Previously, Christine was Head of Brand Strategy at Nokia. She has also held major roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel, leading Brand and Corporate Sustainability and European Affairs. Christine has also served on various boards, including as a chair of the Telecoms Industry Dialogue on human rights, as an advisory board member of Reuters Events Sustainability, as a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Foundation, and on the European Internet Foundation. Christine holds a MA in History and a BA in History and International Politics from the University of Ottawa. She completed the Management Acceleration Program (MAP) at INSEAD, and she achieved the ESG Competent Boards Certificate and Global Competent Boards Designation (2021). She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Italian.
